Return & Refund Policy

1. Starting a Return

Email service@dwxjfn.com within 30 calendar days after delivery to request an eligible return. Include the order number, product, and reason. Wait for instructions before shipping; our business address is not automatically a return facility.

2. Change-of-Mind Eligibility

Items should be unused, complete, and undamaged, with included parts and protective packaging where possible. Reasonable inspection alone does not prevent a return. Clearly disclosed personalized or final-sale exclusions may apply, subject to mandatory rights.

3. Costs and Refund Timing

Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind; original delivery charges are generally excluded. No restocking fee applies. After receipt, inspection, and approval, we initiate refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Financial institutions may need additional posting time.

4. Cleaning-Tool Condition

Before using a product on a vehicle, check that it matches the description and arrives intact. Tools contaminated with dirt, oil, chemicals, pet hair, or other residues may no longer meet change-of-mind return conditions. This does not remove remedies for an original defect discovered during appropriate use.

If a tool breaks, sheds unexpectedly, or appears unsuitable for its stated application, stop using it and contact us. Include photographs and explain the surface, cleaning method, and product involved. Do not conceal the problem by modifying or repairing the item.

5. Problems and Other Requests

We will provide an appropriate remedy for confirmed defects or fulfillment errors without passing the costs of our error to you. Exchanges depend on stock. Request cancellation immediately; fulfillment may prevent it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
