1. Payment Methods

The payment methods available for your order appear during checkout. Availability can depend on your country, currency, device, and the payment services enabled for the transaction. Select an available option and follow the provider’s instructions.

2. Prices and Final Total

Review the displayed currency, product prices, quantities, discounts, delivery charges, applicable taxes, and final total before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate conversion or international-transaction fees.

3. Authorization and Verification

Payments may require authorization, additional authentication, or fraud-prevention checks. A pending amount can be an authorization hold rather than a completed payment. The payment provider or financial institution controls the release of that hold.

4. Checkout Security

Checkout is handled through Shopify and the applicable payment providers. Submit payment details only through the checkout interface. Do not email complete card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords, or account passwords.

No online payment or information system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Declined or Duplicate Transactions

If payment fails, check your billing details and contact your payment provider where necessary. If you believe a duplicate completed charge occurred, email us with your order number, transaction date, and amount. Share only non-sensitive supporting details.

6. Order Confirmation and Refunds

Check your inbox and spam folder for order confirmation. Contact us if you cannot locate it. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method under our Return & Refund Policy.
